Privacy Policy

1. The short version

• Blockchains are public. Your wallet address and your trades can be seen by anyone, on this site and everywhere else, and can't be deleted.
• Your profile, posts, follows and likes here are public too, and you can change or delete them.
• We don't sell your data, and we don't use advertising or analytics trackers.
• If you sign up with X, Google or email, Privy handles that login. We keep your verified X handle, but not your email address.

2. What we collect

Public blockchain data. Wallet addresses, balances, trades, launches and payouts of coins on this launchpad, read from Solana. It is public by nature; we index it so the site can show prices, charts, portfolios, PNL and the payouts ledger.

What you give us. Coin details when you launch (name, ticker, picture, description, links); your profile (username, picture, bio); your thread posts, likes, follows and reports.

Sign-in data. When you sign in with your wallet, it signs a message proving you own it. When you sign up with X, Google or email, Privy sends us a signed token that lists your linked accounts and wallets; from it we keep your wallet address and, if you used X, your X handle (shown as verified). If your profile was empty we also copy your X picture. We don't store your email address or your Google account details.

Technical data. Your IP address is used briefly to limit abuse (for example rate limits on our blockchain gateway and the test faucet), and our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.

Your country. On every visit we estimate your country from your IP address, using a copy of MaxMind's GeoLite2 database kept on our own server, to block access from places where the site isn't available (see the Terms). Your IP address isn't sent to anyone for this, and the result isn't stored.

3. Cookies and browser storage

• kx_session (cookie, 7 days): keeps you signed in so you can edit your profile, post, follow and report. It only holds your wallet address and a signature.
• Privy stores your X, Google or email login in your browser (local storage, and cookies if enabled) so you stay logged in.
• Local storage remembers your watchlist and your last wallet. On test networks only, the built-in test wallet keeps its key in your browser and it never leaves it.
• There are no advertising or analytics cookies. You can clear all of this in your browser; you'll just be signed out.

4. How we use it

• To run the site: show coins, charts, portfolios, PNL, profiles and threads; build your transactions; pay creator and holder payouts.
• To keep it safe: prevent spam and abuse, review reports, moderate content, and meet legal duties such as sanctions rules.
• To fix problems and improve the site.

5. Who we share it with

Only with services that run parts of the site for us, and only what they need:

• Privy, for sign-up with X, Google or email and the wallets it creates.
• Our hosting and database provider, where the site and its data are stored.
• Solana RPC providers, which relay your transactions and blockchain reads.
• Jupiter and GeckoTerminal, for prices and routes (they see our requests, not your identity).

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect people or the site, or as part of a sale or reorganization of KRYVEX, in which case this policy continues to apply.

6. How long we keep it

Profile content, posts and follows stay until you change or delete them, or until moderators remove them. Reports and moderation records are kept as long as needed to deal with abuse. Server logs are kept for a limited time by our hosting provider. Blockchain data can't be deleted by anyone.

7. Your choices and rights

You can edit or clear your profile and delete your own posts at any time on the site. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold, or to object to how we use it. To ask, contact us through the contact details on kryvexllc.com. We can't change or delete anything recorded on the blockchain.

8. Children

The site is not for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child is using it, contact us and we'll remove their profile content.

9. Security

We protect what we store with access controls and encryption in transit, and we never hold your private keys. No system is perfectly secure: keep your wallet, keys and login accounts safe, and never share your private key with anyone.

10. Changes and contact
